Yes, we provide full lifetime support for all our products free of charge. You can feel very sure about this. We always try to make sure that our client get the best out of our scripts. And if we get any opportunity to contribute to it, we consider it our pleasure.
Q. Can I hire you to install the script on my server?
Yes, we will happily do it for you. However, a fee is charged for this service which is listed in a products pricing page.
Q: I like your scripts, but I need some changes to make it work for me. I lack the technical skills to make these changes, can you do these for me?
No problem. We provide customization services for our scripts. So, if you need any customization anytime, please feel free to let us know. We are always very keen to assist our clients to get best value out of our scripts. So, we will do the best job for you so that you get maximum value out of your investment in our scripts.
Q: Can I remove your powered by link from the script?
Yes, however you will first need to purchase a copyright removal addon for the script. You can find more information in the products pricing page.
Q. I have just ordered a script and paid for it, but the order status is still listed as processing or awaiting payment. Why has this happened?
This can happen rarely if you dont click the Return to Merchant link after making a payment, simply contact us with your order and payment details, and we will approve your invoice as soon as we can.
Q. Do you provide scripts in other languages?
Our scripts come in English only. We do not provide translation service. In some of our scripts, there is a separate language file thru which you can translate the SCRIPT FRONT END at your end. If LANGUAGE TRANSLATIBILY feature is not explicitly mentioned on the script details page, then it means that the script in question does not have a language file.
